For ZT1 my favorite is ZooTEk Phoenix, CU has several nice downloads as well as Zeta designs for ZT2.

Do you mean favorite zoo tycoon related site or any website on the internet?

My favorite zoo tycoon fansite would either be the Zoo Tycoon Designing Centre for it's clean, and well looked after forums. Not to mention the countless topics about designing. And for normal Zoo Tycoon banter, I'd say Caldera Unlimited.

My favorite none-zoo tycoon site would probably be YouTube.

ZT sites: Caldera, Volcano, Design Center (in no particular order) Though I go to Caldera and DC for actual ZT related stuff; Volcano for interesting debates.

Non-ZT sites: Failblog and Pharyngula are two I like to visit often. Failblog is always good for a laugh and PZ Meyers is always insightful.

Caldera, ZTV, and this site are in my top 3. Caldera has great downloads and a friendly community, I'm friends with a lot of people and also a mod at ZTV, and I like this site for the same reasons at Caldera.
